Do Something Now

At the risk of sounding redundant, we are passionate at warehouse:180 about helping students grow deeper in their relationship with God. We also have a vision that the followers of Jesus can and should be a force for good in their community and the world. We truly believe that we as a church can be an answer to prayer in many people's lives.

In light of this, we have started a program at warehouse called 'Do Something Now'. This idea, born out of the Passion movement and the One Million Can campaign, is intended to open the eyes of our students to some of the injustices and problems in our own community, and to help them be the solution in the name of Jesus.

We are asking our students to join with us in Do Something now in two ways. First, we want every student who is able to bring one dollar each time they come to warehouse:180. This money is put into a large box in the warehouse and will be used each week for a specific project. None of the money given to Do Something Now will be used to support warehouse:180 or Foothills Community Church. Second, we want students to give of their time to go and be the hands and feet of God in Arvada and the surrounding areas. Not only will these sacrifices be beneficial to others, but we know that having a generous heart and open hands will profoundly impact our relationship with Jesus Christ.
