SYNC is the student leadership program in place at warehouse:180. There are two purposes to SYNC: discipleship and service. We know that all types of students will enter through the doors at warehouse:180. For those that are ready to go deeper in their faith, SYNC is a place for them to be challenged, encouraged, and asked tough questions. The members of SYNC form the student core of warehouse:180 and we challenge them to go above and beyond in their following of Jesus.

The other side of SYNC is focused on servant leadership. SYNC students are involved with the various aspects of running a large student ministry. Some students help with planning our programs and services, others assist with music, media, and videos, and still others contribute by planning and implementing various fun and service events. We truly believe that SYNC is a place where students can develop into Christ-centered servant leaders and gain the practical skills and spiritual foundation that will enable them to make a Godly difference in our world.

SYNC is for high school students who have finished at least one semester of school and who are seriously committed to growing closer to God. Not every student is interested or ready to be involved in SYNC, but for those who are, it offers the best way at warehouse:180 to further their relationship with Jesus Christ.
